This main-floor renovation was designed to completely transform the home with a more refined, functional, and cohesive layout. Custom cabinetry was incorporated throughout, including a hidden door leading into the pantry for a seamless, built-in look. One of the standout features is the illuminated onyx, used beneath the countertop and alongside the TV unit to bring warmth, texture, and a distinctive architectural element to the space.
Signature Style
The renovation also features a custom oak feature wall, a newly designed staircase, and upgraded flooring and tile throughout the main level. A new bathroom and laundry area were added to improve everyday functionality, while detailed wall moulding in the dining room gives the space a more finished and elevated feel. Every element was carefully considered to bring together quality craftsmanship, natural materials, and thoughtful details throughout the home.
