"I can't recommend Arian and the team at Kooger enough. They did a renovation for us in 2024 under a very tight timeline and limited budget. Airan helped to set realistic expectations while offered many creative options. I had several of my own contractors on site for smaller jobs, and Arian was extremely accommodating, sharing detailed project plans through a mobile/desktop app to ensure everyone worked together and stayed on track.

The scope of their work was huge—from major structural changes like removing walls/fireplace/popcorn ceiling and installing an H-beam, right down to the detailed installation of all the interior doors. We’ve been living with the results for a year and a half now and are still extremely pleased with the outcome. It's obvious they don't cut corners."
